A 22-year-old man has been arrested on a murder charge in the death of a transgender woman whose body was found in a Dallas lake. Dallas police said in a statement Thursday night that the investigation into the death of 26-year-old Chynal Lindsey led detectives to Ruben Alvarado. He was booked into the Dallas County jail Thursday night. His bond was set at $500,000, reports CBS DFW.Lindsey s body was found in White Rock Lake on June 1.
